Diagnosis

The marketing site should match the product

Olympix protects high-value on-chain infrastructure — 100M+ lines of Solidity analyzed, audit-level findings automated, and teams like LI.FI, Syndicate, and Cork Protocol relying on the platform. The current site communicates the value, but the experience, performance, and operational stack can be upgraded to match that standard.

You provide the Figma. We implement it in Astro, deploy it securely, wire HubSpot, build a visual CMS for your resources hub, and hand your team a Claude-powered workflow to publish content without depending on an agency for every change.

  1. Design–dev handoff friction

A polished Figma deserves a codebase your team owns — not a brittle page builder or opaque CMS that slows iteration.

  2. Resources content locked in the old stack

Customer stories, blog, podcast, exploits, and biweekly reports need a visual CMS — not manual deploys or developer bottlenecks for every publish.

  3. Marketing ops scattered across tools

Lead capture, HubSpot routing, and SEO updates should live in one deploy pipeline — not split across plugins and manual exports.

  4. Security brand, generic infrastructure

For a Web3 security company, deployment hardening, TLS, headers, and controlled access are part of the deliverable — not an afterthought.

Stack comparison

From current site to a stack you control

Not a lift-and-shift. A clean Astro rebuild from your Figma, with modern performance, secure deployment, and integrations your growth team can operate day to day.

Today Proposed stack
Frontend Existing marketing site · heavier runtime Astro · static-first, fast by default
Design source Current live pages Your Figma → pixel-perfect implementation
Deployment Opaque hosting / manual releases VPS + Coolify · GitHub push-to-deploy
Lead capture Forms disconnected from CRM workflow Forms API + HubSpot integration
Resources & content Mixed CMS / manual publishing workflow Visual CMS · 6 content types · S3 media persistence
Team autonomy Changes require external dev cycles Repo ownership + 3h Claude enablement
The goal is not just a prettier homepage. It is a marketing stack Olympix owns — secure, fast, HubSpot-ready, and operable by your team with modern AI-assisted workflows.

Included

GitHub + CI/CD

Private repository, branch protection recommendations, and push-to-deploy via Coolify webhook on merge to main.

Included

VPS + Coolify deploy

Dedicated VPS setup, Coolify application configuration, SSL certificates, and environment separation (staging / production).

Included

Security-hardened deployment

TLS, security headers (HSTS, CSP baseline, X-Frame-Options), firewall rules, and deployment checklist appropriate for a security brand.

Included

Forms API + HubSpot

Server-side form endpoints, validation, spam protection baseline, and HubSpot CRM connection for demo requests and lead routing.

Included

SEO foundations

Title/description templates, Open Graph, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, canonical URLs, and baseline structured data for key pages.

Included

Visual CMS admin

Browser-based content editor so the marketing team can create, edit, and publish without Git or developer handoffs — same workflow Eric demoed.

Included

6 content types

Customer stories, blog, podcast, resources, hacks/exploits, and biweekly exploits — including the computed metrics on the biweekly report pages.

Included

S3 storage + backups

Object persistence on S3 for media and CMS assets, plus automated backup policy and documented restore procedure.

Included

3 hours · consulting + Claude training

Live session covering site admin, CMS publishing, SEO maintenance, form monitoring, HubSpot ops, and Claude-assisted workflows.

Scope is anchored to the Figma deliverable plus the six CMS content types above. Additional locales or custom integrations can be quoted as Phase 2 after launch.

Technical
Security-first deployment

Infrastructure that matches your brand

Olympix sells security. The marketing stack should reflect that — hardened deployment, controlled access, and a documented runbook your team can audit.

TLS everywhere

Automatic certificate provisioning and HTTPS enforcement on staging and production.

Security headers

HSTS, CSP baseline, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, and frame protections.

Isolated VPS

Dedicated server — no shared hosting. Coolify manages apps with environment isolation.

GitHub as audit trail

Every production change is a reviewed commit — full history, rollback-ready.

Secrets management

HubSpot keys and form secrets stored as environment variables — never in the repo.

Form hardening

Server-side validation, rate limiting baseline, and honeypot/spam mitigation on endpoints.

Monitoring baseline

Uptime checks and deploy notifications so failures surface before users report them.

Handoff runbook

Documented deploy, rollback, and incident checklist delivered with the repo.

Principle

This is a marketing site — not on-chain infrastructure — but the deployment posture should still be defensible in a security review. We document what is in scope and what is not (e.g., WAF/DDoS at CDN layer can be Phase 2 if required).
